Based on state-of-the-art IT software, PeopleCheck Online has been designed with flexibility as the key. To name a few features, PeopleCheck Online allows you to: select the necessary screening level and/or request individual checks on a case-by-case basis; upload or specify relevant information for a particular case; choose to be copied on all correspondence sent to candidates; and, receive regular email updates advising you on the status of your requests.
The flexibility of PeopleCheck Online is not distinct to our clients. We understand the recruitment and employment background checking process can be a sensitive time for your candidates. Our online applicant validation centre has also been designed with flexibility in mind to suit candidates of all circumstance. If you choose to utilise this functionality, your candidates can complete their forms online, or download them. Once completed, online forms and attachments will automatically be available to you and PeopleCheck, or candidates can elect to send their forms to us by traditional methods, such as fax.
