PeopleCheck is a background validation company specialising in local and international pre-employment checking and due diligence.

All of our validation methodology has been designed by PeopleCheck Operations Director, Summa McCosker. Summa is a qualified Criminologist with ten years experience undertaking international background checks.

Our staff are mature professionals who are trained to look critically at all subjects' backgrounds to ensure no stone is unturned during the employment background checking process.

2. To ensure a quick and seamless integration of the pre-employment background checking program into our client’s business;
3. To provide ongoing education to our clients people who will be responsible for administering the employment background checking program and ensure they are equipped with tools and information; and
4. To continually provide fast, accurate, unbiased and ongoing support to our client through our validation reports.


Privacy compliance

We respect the information provided to us by our clients, candidates and third parties and ensure that the information provided to us is used only for the purpose for which it has been collected.  Our security ensures all electronic and physical files are stored securely.

We ensure all validations undertaken comply with privacy legislation at all times.  With the exception of covert checks where permission is not required, we require candidates to sign a PeopleCheck consent form.  The consent allows us and our client to receive, store, collect and release personal information about them. 

The availability of international online and database validations vary from country to country based on local laws and regulations.  In some countries information is not legally available to third parties, although in most cases we offer our clients suitable alternatives when a desired check is not available.
