Elaine commenced her background checking career with PeopleCheck in 2008 as a Research Analyst and has advanced rapidly within the company to her current role of Internal Services Group Manager. Elaine holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Psychology and Computing and is currently studying towards a Certificate IV in Information Technology.
Elaine’s current role as Manager of the Internal Services Group is a broad role and covers all internal matters associated with the running and foundations of the daily operations of the business. Elaine’s Team consists of office management, administration and reception functions, along with the Accounts and Technology and Security Teams.
In the initial stages of a background checking engagement, Elaine works closely with PeopleCheck’s Business Solutions Group to oversee and ensure the client’s PRIVI account and any other required technology are in place. Ongoing, Elaine’s group manage incoming calls to the appropriate teams; trouble shoot technology issues with clients and candidates; and ensure invoices are distributed on time and accurately.
